Myrtle Ave., south side, opposite 80th Street (in Forest Park), showing what Eugene L. Armbruster states is the Ed. Brochere house of 1891. The Queens Atlas of 1891 states it to be Braziers. It was remodeled subsequent to May 1923 and is now a a 1-story stucco affair. May 1923. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
