Northern Boulevard, south side, between Bell Boulevard (Ave.) and Springfield Boulevard, showing the Joseph O'Donnell home on his 75.3 acre farm in 1909. J.F. Carll was the owner in 1860. In back of this house is Douglas Pond (now Oakland Lake). In 1937 if any of these buildings are standing they will be found between 217th Street and Queens Boulevard, north of forty-eighth Ave. January 1923. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection
