150 Signs Road, north side, west of Richmond Avenue, showing an old farmhouse. It belonged to Mrs. M. D. Vroom in 1874; to Robert and Henry Vroom and Mrs. S. Brown in 1898, and to Charles E. Griffith and Son in 1907. The view is east toward Richmond Avenue.
